This website is operated by Fast Light LLC ("Fast Light", "we"), 620 NE 76th St, Unit 102, Miami, FL 33138, United States. By using this website or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

2. What we do

Fast Light sells outdoor technology: electric dirt bikes, e-motos and e-bikes, portable power stations, and solar kits and components (inverters, batteries, panels and accessories). We are a reseller; we do not manufacture the products.

3. Where we sell

We sell only to customers in the United States.

4. Products and information

Product specifications come from the manufacturers. Images are for reference and may differ slightly from the product delivered. We try to keep all information accurate, but we may correct errors at any time.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include home delivery. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will cancel it and refund any amount paid.

6. Financing

If you pay with a financing company, that agreement is between you and the financing company and is governed by its own terms.

7. Installation

Installation is not included in the price. The equipment must be installed by a qualified, licensed electrician in accordance with local codes. Any permits, inspections or utility approvals are the customer's responsibility. Fast Light is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation or use.

8. Warranty

Equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Fast Light will help you process warranty claims with the manufacturer.

9. Returns and shipping

Returns and deliveries are governed by our Refund Policy and our Shipping Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fast Light is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
