Manufacturer's warranty
Every product we sell is covered by its manufacturer's warranty (for example HappyRun, Yozma, Strike, EcoFlow or Infinisolar). Coverage and terms are set by each manufacturer or supplier.
How we help
Fast Light is a reseller. If something goes wrong, write to us: we manage the claim with the manufacturer or supplier and keep you informed until it is resolved.

- Photos or a video showing it
Solar kits
Kits must be installed by a licensed electrician according to local codes. Damage caused by improper installation or use is usually not covered by the manufacturer.
