Order cancellation: 7 days

You can cancel your order within 7 days of your purchase. To cancel, contact us at info@fastlightusa.com or by phone at +1 (786) 956-6130. The refund is issued to the original payment method. If your purchase was financed, the cancellation and refund are processed through the financing company according to its terms.

Returns for damage or defects: 30 days

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery only if the product arrived damaged or has a defect or imperfection. Write to us with photos of the product and the packaging. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

How the return is handled

Each return is coordinated with the supplier, who authorizes it and indicates the return process. We will guide you through each step until it is resolved.

Warranty

Problems that appear after the 30-day period are handled through the manufacturer's warranty. Fast Light is a reseller and will help you with the warranty claim.
